―― What makes this club and the team special?

Our club is a family, the bond between players, staff and supporters is extremely close. Also, 17 of our 27 first team players have all come through the clubs academy system. 8 of that 17 have played for the senior national team at one point.

―― How is the youth system(U18) in the club?

The clubs youth system is quite famous here. However, we are currently looking at restructuring the academy to focus more on younger age groups and to build stronger relationships with local schools.

―― Are there particular methods to the youth(U18) team in the club? What’s important for these players your age? Also What would be the criteria to play in the top team?

Our U18 team train 4 times a week and have a game most weeks. Whats key for us, is all the players are comfortable in possession of the ball. We encourage players to play without fear of making mistakes once they are prepared to work hard when those mistakes do happen. The main criteria to make the jump to the first team would be that the player understands his function within the team system well and he is willing to do all tasks required with and without the ball.
