―― What makes this club and the team special?
A high professional club in terms of running a football club in Asia. Successful business people as chairman and directors and growing very fast as a club.
―― How is the youth system(U18) in the club?
We hired a former player who played under me to take care of the academy and builded a u13 u15, u17 and u19 teams that follow the same strategy and philosophy of the first team.
―― Are there particular methods to the youth(U18) team in the club? What’s important for these players your age? Also What would be the criteria to play in the top team?
The methods are to have a clear path to follow. We build and train players in the early ages to be ready when they join the first team. Same training and same way to play. We hired qualified coaches and pay attention to all details on and off the pitch. I’m in this club since 2014, what is rare in football to stay in one club for such a long time. When I talk about philosophy and strategy is that the young players are playing the same football that I believe and the same football that the first team is playing. Because I cannot teach a center defender to play long balls and defend strong if in the first team we ask them to be always to be able to build up from the back and clearly play the ball possession based football to create more chances. So we always look for players with this characteristic and we train very specific with the same tactics and same training methods.
